For about 16 years, nobody knew what made mystery underwater circles in the seafloor off a Japanese island - until now.  To grab a female's attention, the Japanese Puffer Fish works 24 hours a day for a week to create something that almost defies belief.  When the circles are finished, females come to inspect them.  If they like what they see, the female will lay her eggs in the center of the circle, and then, like most fishes, the male will fertilize those eggs externally.
